About Evgenya Nee
Founder and CEO, Synergeine
Evgenya Nee is the founder and CEO of Synergeine — a strategic complexity consultancy working at the intersection of Big 4-calibre strategic consulting, whole-systems thinking, and embodied leadership practice.
She brings over 20+ years of economics-based consulting experience across Big 4 firms including Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young, Fortune 500 companies including BlackBerry and Sun Life Financial, academic institutions, and startups — across three continents and 11+ countries including USA, Canada, Germany, Lithuania, France, Russia, Taiwan, China, Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Scotland, and beyond.
In her experience working for multinational companies, she has managed complex stakeholder priorities and interactions across multi-disciplinary teams to understand the needs of the business and design practical solutions that met business needs while mitigating risk. Evgenya is naturally skilled at considering various aspects of the eco-system and providing system conscious solutions.
She is passionate about neuroscience informed and other human-centric approaches and finding new ways to unlock both individual’s and collective potential in organizations.
Also, she acts as a Strategic Advisor for start-ups and small business owners helping them to save time and money by avoiding costly mistakes. She is skilled in identifying blind spots in their strategy and helps them build and scale faster by developing strategy and execution plan.
