In her experience working for multinational companies, she has managed complex stakeholder priorities and interactions across multi-disciplinary teams to understand the needs of the business and design practical solutions that met business needs while mitigating risk. Evgenya is naturally skilled at considering various aspects of the eco-system and providing system conscious solutions.
She is passionate about neuroscience informed and other human-centric approaches and finding new ways to unlock both individual’s and collective potential in organizations.

A useful and rewarding use of 2 hours. Even after the break I felt that there was a lot of energy and enthusiasm. I felt drawn into the exercises and maintained my full engagement due to the way in which they were conducted. Having external vs internal facilitators definitely helped keep the conversation open and freer flowing. The structure of the session and it’s focus on the human elements and impacts to each of us was a key positive vs. taking a more academic view on the topic.
Fantastic session! Well facilitated, allowing all participants to contribute. It was very interesting and illuminating to learn more about others’ perspectives during the COVID times. It was amazing how easy it was to start a conversation, have open dialogue and interact with the other participants even though we just met.
